MEET THE TEAM
Allan Schneitz
Director of PT Cahaya Utara Indonesia
Allan has now lived some time in Indonesia and works as a Director PT CAHAYA UTARA INDONESIA. During his stay, he has visited almost 100 schools and met thousands of teachers all around the country. While working over 10 years as a teacher in Finland, Allan was leading the Dream School project, a bottom-up movement to change school culture now being used by 100,000 teachers and students. He was honoured for this work in 2013 by being awarded the Open World Hero"- title.
Onggo Susilo
Operational Director of PT Cahaya Utara Indonesia
Onggo is a visionary educator and always passionate to reveal the secret of 21st-century learning. Onggo has 15 years of teaching experience, with creative and design thinking approach and has very strong entrepreneur background. He is specialised to new learning environments like maker spaces, where his experience in Multimedia Production specifically Design and Video Production for 13 years and counting has made him one of the pioneers in Indonesia.
